The size you will need for your project depends on the project and amount of waste. For small remodeling projects, like a bathroom, you will probably be fine renting a 6 or 10 yard dumpster. For larger remodeling projects, like kitchens or basements, you will want a 14 or 20 yard dumpster.

Sometimes weight and density of the waste will dictate the size of the dumpster you will need. If you're undergoing a roofing project, you will need to rent a 10 yard dumpster. Please talk to one of our dumpster consultants if you have heavy material such as concrete, shingles, drywall, sod, etc., and they will guide you to the right size container for your needs.

Bin There Dump That's dumpsters come in a variety of sizes and have a footprint about the size of a minivan. Most driveways are at least 10 feet wide, providing plenty of room for the dumpster. We offer different dumpster sizes that will fit in your driveway. 

Flat, hard surfaces - like a driveway - are ideal for dumpster placement. Surfaces to avoid include: slopes, city streets (without a permit), soft ground and property that's not your own. Ensure your dumpster's placement is safe and secure.

No, you don't. Be sure to clearly inform the dumpster consultant where you'd like your dumpster rental to be placed. Our dumpster consultants are trained to always ask where you'd like the container placed on your driveway, which allows you to be elsewhere when it's delivered to your home.

There are a number of materials, some of them hazardous, that shouldn't be thrown into a dumpster rental. These include mattresses, asbestos, biohazardous waste, freon appliances, electronics, tires, and railroad ties. If you have any questions, please feel free to call one of our dumpster consultants.

When using our dumpsters, if you are including heavy materials such as concrete, shingles, drywall, sod, etc., there are limits to the amount you can put in the dumpsters. For example, when loading a 10-yard dumpster with shingles, you cannot exceed one half of the dumpster with that heavy material. Please speak to one of our dumpster consultants and they will guide you when your project includes heavy materials. You can also refer to our terms and conditions once your order is placed.

The dumpster should be in your driveway for as long as you need it - but not longer than you want it! At Bin There Dump That, we have a 7-day rental period, after which we charge per day if you need your rental longer.

You can call us any time you are ready to have your dumspter picked up within the 7-day rental period. If you need your dumpster rental longer than 7 days, please let us know.

If you need you dumpster rental picked up on or before a certain day, please give us 24 hours notice.

You have until the 7th day of your rental period to call us to schedule a pickup. If you do not call us, we will assume that you would like to use the dumpster longer, and you will be charged a per-day fee until you call.
